This privacy policy applies to the Quotation and Invoice Maker app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by commonmantech.in (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service with an optional paid upgrade. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application uses Google Analytics for Firebase to record anonymous usage events, together with device identifiers such as the app instance ID and advertising ID. These events include which screens are opened, when a quotation or invoice is created, when a PDF is generated or shared, and which PDF template is chosen. They may also describe a document in general terms, such as the number of line items, whether tax, a discount or shipping was added, the currency symbol and an approximate range for the total.

The Application uses Firebase Crashlytics to send a crash report when the Application crashes or hits an error. A crash report contains technical details such as the device model, operating system version, app version, the time of the error and the part of the Application where it happened.

The Application offers an optional paid upgrade, Pro, as a subscription or a one-time purchase. Payments are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are processed entirely by them. The Service Provider never receives or stores your card or bank details.

Purchases are verified and managed by RevenueCat, a third-party service. To do this, RevenueCat receives a random anonymous identifier created for the Application, your purchase records (the product bought, its price and currency, the purchase and expiry dates and the store's transaction identifiers) and basic technical details such as the operating system, app version, country and IP address. It does not receive your name, your email address or the contents of your documents.

Whether you have Pro, which plan, and until when, is also saved on your device so that Pro keeps working offline.

Google Analytics for Firebase records anonymous events about the upgrade: when the upgrade screen is shown and what opened it, which plan is chosen, whether a purchase is completed, cancelled, pending or fails, and whether purchases are restored, together with the price and currency of the plan. RevenueCat also sends subscription events, such as a renewal, cancellation, expiry or billing problem, to Google Analytics for Firebase, linked to the app instance ID so they can be counted alongside the events from the Application. Analytics and crash reports also record whether you have Pro and on which plan.

The contents of your quotations and invoices (customer names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, document numbers, line items and amounts), your company details, logo and signature are stored only on your device. They are never sent to analytics, to crash reports or to the Service Provider.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at the.micro.tools@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Records of purchases are kept by Google Play or the Apple App Store and by RevenueCat for as long as they need them to manage your purchase and to meet their legal and tax obligations. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
